  Great place for insurance . The manager Jeffry really took the time to get me the lowest rate possible since i have an accident and a speeding ticket in my record. He has been super helpful and is always answering the phone which i love. Not too many insurance agencies pick up , and i know every time i call him he will answer the phone. Definitely recommend to everyone who needs insurance.

  Velox is a great insurance company. My only complaint is that I was kept on hold for 15 + mins before someone came on the line to assist me. Other than that I have no complaints

  Mr. Ayala was very friendly and professional he made sure he explained and gave me options the pros and cons and that goes a long way. i am so glad that i called him, it was simple easy and fast . was able to get a good quote without having to setup on auto pay :)

  Went to Velox insurance, first time that I heard it. small location but the manager Jeffrey Ayala took care of my needs and was able to save money switching with him. although he was busy at the time I went in but when it was my turn he give me full attention. Great manager, will strongly recommend others to visit this location.

  Velox insurance is a great insurance agency. I have dealt with different insurance companies throughout and have found that Velox not only offers extremely affordable rates but also has GREAT customer service. Velox has definitely met all my expectations when it comes to insuring my vehicles and my home. I am extremely pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

  Jeffrey is the guy to go to when searching for a reliable and honest insurance agent. Always focuse on making sure his customers are rightfully covered. Great customer service!!!! I will definitely recommend people to this office.

  The staff is extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this location at all. I have to call at least 3 times before someone answers the phone , the staff does not respond to company emails , I am currently trying to cancel my insurance policy with Velox but they told me they are unable to cancel it I would have to contact another company via email. Do not get insured here .

  I love my Smyrna representative he was great, took care of my niece, very personable. I think his name was Vincent. Best customer service I have had in a long time.
