Gabe Torres1Sales I had a bad experience asking for the availability of a vehicle here, which I found you have to give your first born and all future offspring just to ask. It was so bad I ended up driving an hour to buy it at another, gladly paying for for it. Service I have to get windshield wipers for another vehicle, which you can only buy direct. Easy enough, nope. I walked it and walked around because there is no signage for anything. I was then pointed to a confusing array of doors. I walked in to the first door I saw, and asked for service. No response just stared at me like I, how dare I ask. He said, pull in. “To what?” There we’re just more doors. I look up, “ service manager”. They must have misspelled something because there was no service here. Needless to say, windshield wipers are too much of an effort at this place, so they asked me to come back next week. FOR WINDSHIELD WIPERS! Imagine if I had a bigger problem. We only buy Land Rovers so it looks like we’ll be making an hour drive for any purchase and maintenance even though there’s a dealership 10 min from my house.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming - there was no feeling of pressure to buy and I didn't feel like they were there to haggle with me like many other car sales associates. They were very thorough throughout the whole process and I feel like I now know my car inside and out! If you're considering Land Rover, I'd highly recommend stopping in for a test drive - it was a great experience.

We worked on the phone with Roy Smith, and being from out of state, my wife called him quite a few times! When we got there Friday night, he greeted us right away and had the car all ready to go. He was so nice and pleasant to work with! He went above and beyond, including helping us get Sirius XM subscription set up before we left. Jeff L5I was in the dealership 2 years ago. I worked with Philip Merza and had a test drive. He did not push me to buy. I went there again last week. Bill Benjiamin asked what I wanted and quickly setup another test drive for me. I ended up worked with both Phil and Bill. We worked out a deal like friends, no hassles, no push. T A5I just bought a Discovery and had it shipped to Vermont. Joe Quaranta made the process so easy and flawless. He clearly knows his job and does it well. Joe was very attentive, knowledgeable and made this process go smoothly. I’ve never had a car shipped before and he was also able to help me navigate the process so I could get my car to Vermont. In addition we were able to secure financing at a good rate. Buying a car over the phone can be unsettling, but I would not hesitate to purchase a car long distance as this dealership is well versed in the process.

Michelle leo1I had bought my Range Rover in May of this year, Within the first 2 months my car was brought in 4 times, each time they had kept my car for 6+ days and they never fixed the problem till i was fed up and brought it to a different Dealer. Whats the point of buying a New Car if you cant even enjoy it? Erine in the shop was very disrespectful towards me cause I am a young female telling me "shouldn't your parents be calling since its their car not yours?" Considering I paid for my car and my parents name is no where on the car it was very disrespectful. You should teach your employees how to treat a customer when they are buying a luxury car.

Karen Cossor5Bill Benjiamin was the best kind of sales representative. He was courteous and respectful. He listened to my wants and needs and guided me to a car that came as close as possible. Shopping for a car has always intimidated me with all too pushy sales people. Bill was not at all like that. He showed the car, answered all my questions and, when I later talked to him to say I was going with a different brand that was closer to the kind of vehicle I needed, he understood my reasons and wished my well.
