      Worked with James and Howard to lease a Jaguar F Pace and the whole experience was pleasant and seamless from start to finish. I found the people here to be so much more personable and easy to work with than the majority of dealers out there. None of the awkward games and slimy behavior I have experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Jaguar or Rover.

      I bought my wife a brand new 2019 Jaguar e-Pace in April 2019 and here we are in June and she still isn't driving it. It really sucks when you spend over $50K to buy your wife her 'dream car' and a month later she says she doesn't want it any more because the experience with the new car has been so bad. Multiple issues and nobody seems to care or respond. I wrote a letter to the general manager and the executive in charge of Sales operations and never even got a response. This is my 5th car from the Patrick Group - but probably my last unless something drastically changes and changes fast .

      Walked into Jaguar & Land Rover of Naperville cold. Wanted to investigate a Jaguar F-Pace. I knew I was going to buy a car this day just a matter of what kind...Lincoln, BMW or Audi. Armand Gasbarro came right up to me, really friendly, no pressure and we started to work through the process. A few hours later I drove out with a great vehicle, exactly what I wanted. My expectation is that my time with Jaguar and the dealership will be as great as my first experience

      I bought a 2013 ford sho from here in April of 2017. The selling price was good they decent amount on trade in. I bought an extended warranty which was a huge mistake the sho has factory twin turbos and after 14 months they blew my warranty would only cover one turbo huh?? Patrick would not help me what so ever not even call continental insurance to help a customer.. my daughter mentioned she wanted a car from them I quickly talked her out of it..
