  Friendly tellers at the drive-through and a couple lanes for ATMs. There is also one ATM or two in the vestibule that is open 24 hours and even accepts cash.

  Julie helped me out and she was attentive, kind, and easy to speak with. We finished everything that I needed to get done in less than 15 minutes.   Chase is the detriment to all small business. They have locked my account twice today for making wire transfers into my account. I have spent a total of 4 hours on hold today for “security holds” they arbitrarily put on my account. This will KILL your business!!!!! These are crooks!!!’ Stay away!!

  Plenty of lanes open and atms, also the employees knew what they were doing. And the employees were very friendly.

  They serve based on what customer do not based on order of requests The manager said that I didn’t do the credit card so he put me in the other banker and he started taking care of another customer who came after me

  I'd like to start off by saying that I've always had great experiences at this location. I've talked with Store managers, Mortgage Specialists, and of course everyone in-between. Today I had an issue with my account and by luck I had the privilege to speak to one of the associates by the name of Jared. Jared listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions in order to fully assess my situation and resolved my issue at hand! Thanks again Jared, and Thank You to all your fellow co-workers for always being courteous to myself!

  I had an issue with my checking account, but Branch Manager George Jimenez and Valeria went above and beyond to find a solution to my issue... George was extremely proficient and professional assisted me in a timely, kind, safe and welcoming way! It's important to recognize such service!!!
