  Please stop forcing people to donate for any kind of organizations. This is so very unprofessional. I had been a regular customer of this place but after today's incident, I'm not comfortable in coming here anymore. Whoever is the authority, please make sure the employees here stop this unethical practice of forcing people to donate for any cause whatsoever.

  Hello Shabbir, We collect donations over the summer for Back 2 School Illinois, a charity that provides free school supplies for underprivileged kids. Our tellers are trained to ask if you would like to leave your loose change for the Back 2 School organization. If you were pressured to leave a donation I sincerely apologize.   Wanted to exchange 1150 Kuna to dollars, which comes to about $170. One 200 kuna bill they wouldn't take cause there was a very small rip along the middle fold less than a quarter inch in length. The lady went to her broker with the rest of the bills. After several minutes she came back to say her broker only accepts large bills. 5 of the 7 bills are 200, one was 100 and the last 50. 200 is the largest, most used kuna. They have a 500 and 1000 but those are very uncommon and rarely used. This location is small, in a corner of a deserted strip-mall. They just wanted to make up excuses to not have to help/do their job.

  FAKE MONEY! CASHED A CHECK AND WENT TO PUT GAS ACROSS THE STREET! Gave the gas station the $50 they gave me, and when they marked the bill with the counterfeit marker, it didn't turn yellow. Used a different $50 and it turned yellow. Went back not even 5 minutes after leaving, and they refused to take it back!

  Website says you close at 8. I'm here before 7 and your closed. With a big sign on the window that's says 'yes we're open'.

  Bruh I went to this place to get my 100£ pounds in cash and the currency exchange rate is 130 they take a 7$ fee and I was cool with that but the lady was making me feel like I’m some type of criminal for exchanging money Bc I told her my dads the one who gave me the money and she was twisting my words when telling her coworker also they didn’t except one of my 20£ because it had a tiny pen mark on it she was kinda making me feel like I was a criminal and asked me personal questions about my work and income lol I was like okay currency exchange isn’t a big deal and I wish they didn’t make it one

  If you need something notarized stay away from this location. We had a document notarized there, drove to the consulate in Chicago just to be told the notary didn't properly sign the passport document! How hard is it to put 2 stamps & sign? When I called them to let them know I was yelled at & hung up on.

  Quick and easy. New car title transfer, registration and tags in 10min. Beats the heck out of DMV.
