  My fiancé and I are extremely happy about our experience with Kyle. We had been looking for a house together for over a year and Kyle did an exceptional job throughout the whole process. He gave us excellent advice on our different loan options and went above and beyond to walk us through each document line by line. The online portal that was used made the application easy and convent to track. Kyle was extremely responsive and was helpful throughout our search. We would definitely recommend working with Kyle for your mortgage needs and we will definitely do so in the future!

  While I haven’t bought my first property yet, Kyle had been extremely helpful in giving me my estimate and guiding me towards my first purchase. Instead of saying “come back later when you have more money” he gave me actionable tips to help me get exactly the kind of property I’m looking for. He went out of his way after the regular 9-5 to help me go through my financials and understand my limitations. As a first-time home buyer, I really undercut myself. But Kyle showed me that I could afford to consider properties that I assumed were totally out of my reach. He’s not just a regular lender. I feel like he’s almost a financial coach. I plan to use his services (through Fairway) for my first home — and probably every home after.

  To start off, this was my first home buying experience. Kyle and the team at Fairway made me feel like a seasoned home owner. The tools they use to help understand the entire cost required using different down payment and loan types was very easy to understand and helpful. They even helped with advice on lower our interest rate. The closing went extremely fast (two weeks) and was done entirely virtually, as I was buying out of state.

  When I started the search for a home, I reached out to 4 or 5 different Loan Officers. Kyle was the only one that stuck with me throughout this difficult market and stayed connected. He provided professional and helpful service and advice. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Kyle was easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything that was presented to me. When I finally landed a home, he met with me to celebrate. I will absolutely use Kyle again in the future.

  OMG!!!!! KYLE is the GOAT!!! Where to begin.....Kyle was FANTASTIC!!!!! I was in the process of buying my first MFH house hack and Kyle guided me through the entire process. He is extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable in the mortgage industry. I have interviewed many lenders in the local Baltimore area and none of them compare to what Kyle offers. Everything from his efficiency to his accessibility was top notch. I had a great team and Kyle was definitely what put me over the top as he helped me appear more attractive to get the contract and CLOSE in 25 days!!!!!!!!! Yes!!! You read that correctly....25 days from under contract to close with no fluff in between. I am grateful to have found this gem of a lender and will be using Kyle as my designated mortgage lender for future purchases. What are you waiting for.....Get Kyle on your team ASAP!
