  Steve Koung has been excellent to work with! He was always available when needed, explained everything, and always worked in our best interest. He worked very well with our realtor so that we had an amazing team, which makes all the difference in this competitive market. This was a much better experience than the last time when we used a bank. We would recommend Steve to anyone and would absolutely go to Steve again if needed.

  Steve was a recommendation from my realtors. Although I usually have my own loan officer that I work with, I knew that I had to work with Steve from our first conversation. He was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and helpful. He treated me like a family me member and did his best in making sure that I was taken care of. My house search lasted over 10 months and he was with me the entire way. We finally closed last week and I can’t be more thankful to Steve and team making sure that we would hit our close date with no issues. I highly recommend Steve and his team.

  Steve is an incredible resource for buying a house. He is quick to run the numbers and get you what you need while shopping. And then diligent and patient when it comes to the loan approval process. He made taking out a huge loan a much less stressful process than it would be with a non independent lender!

  Great service, sound integrity, excellent communication, offers great advice. Steve and his staff are very personable . Really advocates for home buyer. I have bought a few houses in my military career moving around the country and this is the best and most efficient experience I have had with a mortgage lending company.
