  Steve Koung is terrific to work with and I would highly recommend. He patiently answered all of our questions and was transparent throughout the loan process. No hidden fees! We hit a hiccup in our transaction in the final stages, and Steve was able to quickly get the issue resolved to our 100% satisfaction. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

  I had the great privilege to work with the Mr. Zachary Bodine on the recent mortgage for my FIRST home and what more can I say other than I'm thoroughly pleased! But for more contextual factors and evidence I can truly say working With Zack and Fairway was by far the Best of my experience with other lenders for a few reasons: 1. Online portal - user friendly, easy to upload documents, read and review docs to sign, as well as to apply and communicate using secure methods. 2. Zack has knowledge of multiple programs to include first time home buyers (MMP for Maryland) and truly understands the numbers in a way where he can do the arithmetic and communicate it to someone like me who hates numbers and calculations - he makes it work. 3. Communication, Communication, Communication; I can say I the process working with the team here is TRANSPARENT, Honest, and never felt like I had to chase Zack or anyone else for a response or answer - we've worked on two separate home purchases (my first one fell through due to the pandemic and the second one we made it all the way through!!) All in all read my other reviews if you want to see how objective I am with these reviews. I recommend Fairway and Zack if you get the opportunity to work with him!

  When I first connected with Zach, my prior mortgage company had dropped the ball and my wife and I were at serious risk of losing our desired home. Zach and team stepped and immediately righted the situation, processing my application in record time and saving our house.   Working with Tacuma Dozier was a GREAT experience!! He is a very patient person and he definitely wants you to feel comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. One thing in particular, that was very important to me, was that he was ALWAYS able to answer my questions - COMPLETELY! He initially explained the whole process to me and with every next step he would explain it over, to make sure I understood what was happening. Another "kudo" is he is always available to you whether it be by phone, text or email. I truly appreciated that level of commitment. If and when, I ever go through a home buying or refinancing experience again, I will definitely call on him to handle it! He may not want to work with me again, but I definitely want to work with him! LOL

  Very pleased when we switched found Zachary at Fairway. Had started house hunting with rocket Mortgage. Zachary was fast, professional, and friendly. We were provided more options all of which were explained simply and clearly. We ended with a more appropriate mortgage and with better costs and rates. Highly recommend.
