  I had a wonderful experience working with Geetesh and his team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. They are extremely professional, responsive, and personable. Not only did Geetesh ensure that we were able to secure a loan that worked for us at a great rate, he helped educate us on each stage of the lending process to enable us to make informed decisions. Geetesh also coordinated with both the buyer and seller real estate agents to make sure our offer was as competitive as possible. And, after closing, he coordinated with the insurance companies and title company to make the home buying process as seamless as possible. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service he provided!

  My husband and I had a smooth experience with Geetesh Kapoor and his team. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit anxious in the beginning.   Geetesh and his team walked us through the process of securing a mortgage, including explaining the different options. In addition to helping us through the process and making it easy and clear what documents he needed from us for our loan application, he went above and beyond by speaking with the seller’s agent about the specific type of loan we used, which is often misunderstood. Geetesh was extremely prompt in answering questions and his team works very fast to ensure a smooth closing. 100% highly recommend!

  Geetesh definitely went above and beyond the call of duty! He was direct with us about things we needed to resolve before we could be given a loan and even helped us improve upon our budgeting. He was really available for calls and responded promptly to emails. He was very patient with my husband and I, given that our knowledge of home buying and finances in general wasn’t great. Geteesh was awesome to work with; a gem!
