  Kimball Kolibas is a true God sent. We were faced with either buy the house we were renting or find somewhere else to live in 2 months. We didn’t have much money saved and our credit definitely need some work. Kimball got the deal done, closed on our dream home and have a stable place for our kids to grow up in. Thank you Kimball. Buying a house is a stressful time but Kimball was with us through the entire process.   Kimball was such a life saver on this one, thank you! Where do I even begin?! I am a Realtor and I had clients who went to a lender that completly mislead them in their pre approval! One week before closing and their lender said they were no longer qualified, with $10,000 on the line my clients would have lost! I was referred to Kimball by a friend who work in the industry as well. Not thinking Kimball would be able to help, I felt it was our last option and would still try!
