  A friend referred me to Trace for my loan since I wanted to refinance my house oh my God I thank God that I came in contact with him . He was very understanding, patience he got me a very good low interest rate that i couldn't get when i first bought the house with my former loaner . Honestly am planning buying a new house in very near future and am definitely going to use independence home loan of course with Trace being my agent .
