  FinWise recently sent out an email. I noticed almost immediately that none of the emails were sent out anonymously. My email along with the entire list was visible to everyone. I sent an email back to them about this and received no response. My automatic withdrawals have also frequently been taken out late. The options to find out what we owe on our loan is limited. We have waited on the phone more than once trying to figure out what is left on our loan only to hang up because they took so long to get us any information or help.

  The days of personal service and your bankers knowing your name are long gone...or so I thought, until I walked in to FinWise. I needed a checking account and FinWise was convenient to my place of employment so I thought, why not? So far the experience has been amazing, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the service is prompt and excellent. What a great bank!

  Went through them for a short term loan and when I authorized the repayment they took it TWICE. 3 days later and it is still NOT refunded to my account. Bear in mind this money was in no way owed to them. They took a payment paying off my balance TWICE. Still waiting for the money they stole to be refunded during a global pandemic. Maybe I should charge them the absolutely outrageous interest rate that they charge their customers? Something to the tune of $12 a day? Ridiculous. If there was a way to give negative stars I would.

  This company is one of the best I have come across. They have helped me rebuild my credit. Straight forward payments easy auto pay and they always take it out when schedule and it's always the correct amount. Thank you so much for being a honest company.

  I don't think any of the negative comments I have read are about the team I have dealt with. All of our experiences have been amazing. I have been able to process applications both online and on the phone when I didn't have access to wifi. The service from FinWise has been better than any other lender we have used.
