  Nick is great! We are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all and at anytime.   I can't say enough good things about RANLife or Mike Davis! We were able to take care of everything over the phone and they even sent notary over to our home for us to sign all of the closing documents! Mike listened to our needs and made sure they were all met. Lifetime customer here now!

  This is one of the most customer service friendly and swift acting loan agencies I've had the opportunity to deal with. They have a very knowledgeable and willing staff!   Carter Boyce helped me with my refinance in June of 2017. He helped me, in under three weeks get everything in line and finalized. This is my 3rd experience obtaining home loans/refinance and I've never had one go this smoothly. I've never had a Loan Officer provide more updates and communicate more clearly than Carter did. I had a fantastic experience working with RANLife and with Carter. I'll continue to use them and I will recommend them to my friends, family, and co-workers. I'm that confident in their abilities and loan programs.

  My experience with RANLife was fast and easy. They were on top of everything. The team of loan officer's I worked with were top notch (Tyler Snow, Sergio Perez). These guys made this home buying experience the best I've ever had.

  In looking for loans we had been jerked around. I happened on a advertisement about making home loans easier. I replied and received a call from a loan manager. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I gave him our particulars and let him proceed. Things went well to start, then, nothing from them. I recieved a phone call from Ty Brubrige, he explained what had happened and that the former manager had left. He was very polite and apologetic. He let me know of Braden Dial, his assistant who would also be of help. I agreed to let the go on with the loan. A very wise choice of mine. Between the two of them everything went great and we qualified for our loan. We were days from closing. The sale fell apart. No fault of RANLife. Ty told us that all was good for 45 days. A home we really wanted to begin with came back available. We put a contract in and that point everything sailed. We were kept informed and had our nerves soothed as needed. Closing also went easy. Thank to Ty and Braden for making us feel great.

  This is the second time we are working with Eric Mabon. Process has been very fast and easy. He is easy to talk to and explain the situation. Responses from him is very fast. He always find a way to get better deals. I highly recommend him if your planning on buying a house or refinancing you house.

  Eric took time to explain everything we needed to know buying our first house. He went above and beyond to help my agent every time we put in an offer making personal phone calls and supplying preapproval letters. He was very easy to reach, when needed, and kept in constant communcation throughout the loan process. He made us feel special and important and really made our first time home purchase more exciting (and not stressful). I cannot recommend him enough!
