  Whenever I walk in and see Renaldo working, I know my transaction is going to be fast, professional and accurate. If I ever have more in depth questions, he's great to help me with those as well. It's people like Renaldo that keep me coming back to JCU. It would give me greater flexibilty to switch to another CU with more locations, but, he takes good care of me. So I'm a loyal customer!!!

  Got my auto loan Application in and approved with in 24 hours. No Hassel , great rate , loved the service. Special shout out to Elmer at this branch , for being nice and friendly .

  This is a really useless bank. They only have 1 person in all of the branches combined who is responsible for doing a really huge part of the lending that any bank does. Employees ignore you and do not return your calls, they are always "at lunch" even if you try to contact them every hour, and they are just plain liars when they talk about what they are going to do to help you, this one person just shoves your paperwork at the bottom of her stack and hopes that its the end of that. not worth wasting your time here.

  All of the tellers and loan officers are very helpful and friendly. They work very efficiently and answer all your questions. I love this branch and all of Jordan credit union!!

  The dealership I purchased my car from pushed me into financing at Jordan CU. It's Been such a pain so far. Nobody there ever knows what they're talking about and I get a voicemail and a letter EVERY month in the mail asking for proof of car insurance and EVERY month I send it AGAIN.

  I've been with this CU for 7 years now and love them! My favorite thing that they do is when I lose my debit card they can make it for me right in the branch and I don't have to wait 10 days for it to get mailed to me!
