  We bought a house and between our offer being accepted and moving in, we had to pack and move across the country. Kelsey was very understanding and helpful throughout the process! She was great working around our crazy hours and even with the time difference, she was always available. She was able to lock in an amazing rate for us too! When we finally met her during our closing, she was so sweet and welcoming to newcomers in her area! I would HIGHLY recommend Kelsey and her team to anyone looking for home financing.

  Working with Paul Eldridge at Keystone Mortgage was perfect! We moved to Knoxville from out of state and were a little stressed, to say the least, about buying a home remotely. But, Paul made the entire process extremely pleasant and timely. He was right on top of everything and very quickly and efficiently resolved any twists that came along. Sixty days after we moved into our new home an opportunity came along that we just couldn’t pass up. We sold the house and bought another one (next door to our three grandbabies)!! As crazy as it was, Paul guided us through another home purchase that was as awesome as the first. Then, to make it a family affair (ha!), our youngest daughter and son-in-law, who also moved here from out of state, purchased a home. Paul took care of everything for them and made their first home purchase a great experience! A big thank you to Paul and Keystone! We highly recommend them!

  My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers. We worked alongside Paul Eldridge to get approved for the loan. Throughout the process, Paul excelled at walking us through the intricate details and letting us know in advance as to what to expect next. More importantly, Paul displayed exceptional timeliness in replying back to us whenever we had questions or concerns. He even answered calls on several, late evenings on weekends.   I worked with Kelsey at Keystone to purchase my first home. You won't find better than Kelsey!! She was always available to answer my questions (I had a lot of them) and she made what could have been a very difficult & overwhelming process feel smooth & fun. Even months after having my house, she calls to check in on me, writes me cards and keeps in contact. I will absolutely use Kelsey for future home purchases!!

  My husband and I have worked with Paul Eldridge at Keystone Mortgage for years and thanks to him, we've been able to get competitive rates for several mortgages. I have tried doing this ourselves by going to lending marketplaces (i.e. lendingtree, etc). That was a total nightmare as I was inundated with calls from so many different mortgage lenders and none were helpful or looking at my best interests. I suddenly felt like I was bleeding in crocodile-infested waters (no joke!). Even after having to share information with them repeatedly and getting the rates, I decided to work with Paul and the rates he was able to help me find was still better than all of the others. Overall, I definitely have appreciated working with Paul at Keystone and recommend him 100%!

  We closed early and it landed on my wife’s birthday. I know others that have used Keystone and they have all closed early as well. Very efficient, with friendly people and great service. Highly recommended!
