  We came from ORNL (horrible banking institution). SouthEast Bank has so many great banking options. The customer service is, hands-down, the best my husband and I have experienced with a bank. The Fountain City branch is top notch all the way around. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cindy, the Branch Manager, is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her customer service. She is knowledgeable and spot on. I highly recommend this bank, branch and manager to everyone and I will continue to do so. They deserve BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE recognition! Thank you, Cindy, Sam and the whole team at Fountain City SouthEast Bank branch! You are appreciated!

  Incredible and knowledgeable staff! Went above and beyond to help understand the process of securing a Home Equity Line of Credit and helped us get the loan we needed to fund a great addition to our home. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with Deborah Lee the Branch Manager and pull any information sources we needed.

  I received Deborah Lee's information from a family member who highly recommended her for our financial needs. She definitely did not disappoint. We identified an unexpected hiccup in our loan application that required additional follow-up with several different places and organizations and she was on top of every step.   Debbie and the gang at the Bearden branch are amazing to work with! There is a small town branch feeling when they immediately recognize you when you walk in the door, and the customer service is simply impeccable. The team at the Hardin Valley branch are also amazing!
