  A+! 5 stars (if we could give him 6, we would!) Neal is simply awesome. He got us the best rate, the lowest closing costs, and made the entire process positively painless. There were no delays, no surprises, and he and his office kept us constantly informed. Neal promised us that our final closing statement would be the same (or better) than his estimate.   I had done my original 30 year fixed with Neal and this time I refinanced for 15 years. Not only is he super easy to work with and a great guy but is also very diligent in getting you the lowest rate possible. Bottom line is the rate and inevitably what you pay per month and all of that was relayed clearly before he continued with the process. On top of all that, any questions I had he was available via text or phone to answer them. I would highly recommend his services with any type of mortgage or refinance.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Neal in the home buying process. Despite several unforeseen issues that arose, Neal helped me to stay on schedule and close in a very short amount of time. He was very professional at all times, and was always able to provide me with an answer or someone to talk to that could help me.
