Shannon who has managed our accounts since day one is on the ball for every request and possible concern. The rest of the bank staff (in person or on the phone) are always personable and willing to help. Have you ever called a bank and had someone pick up the phone directly? Pinnacle does!

Jane Williams1Out of all the other Pinnacle locations as well as other bank accounts I have , these tellers are the rudest bank people I have ever had to deal with. I hate going to this location, however it is most convenient to me since my savings is at Mountain Commerce Bank. We would switch banks however that’s such a hassle with all of our bills getting withdrawn from pinnacle. My advice is to use any other location as possible. (Side note: Maryville tellers will answer their phones all the way up to 4:30 and are so kind and sweet to help... this location ignores your call starting at 4:00p)

Danielle Merritt1I honestly don't know where to begin. Everything started out so well! I felt like my lender responded in a timely manner to any of my questions and was really there to help me. My closing was first scheduled for 7/17/20 then pushed back to 8/7! Big difference but was kind of told excuses due to COVID and the volume of current closings. Okay...I understand. Well here we are, 8/6/2020, and my file HASN'T even been sent to Underwriting!!! I am JUST NOW being asked for specific proofs of things for the FIRST TIME! This is my first home buying experience and I even went with Pinnacle due to their reviews of how professional and great they are... however, I am having a complete opposite experience. The lender is telling me one thing then telling my realtor a different thing, then tell the seller's realto a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT thing and almost seems like they are playing us against each other! Thank God for screenshots because that's been my go to to show the conversations! This has been a terrible experience for ALL of us involved. Buying a home alone is stressful. They have had ample amount of time to get everything that's needed in order. I don't know who dropped the ball, but some where it was neglected and NOT on my end!

D R1We will never do business with this bank ever again and will let everyone know to do the same. Their selling people’s loans left and right to horrible online financial companies without ever informing their customers. We just received some random letter in the mail that we nearly threw away from some unheard of online company in FL that they now own the rights to our loan and we now have to pay them. When you look this company up, they have the most horrible ratings amongst financial companies, but we now how to deal with them for the remainder of our loan. As well as paying a $5 fee every time unless we walk in and pay in FL! Thanks pinnacle. Your a horrible bank. Horrible!!
