  Consistently disappointing. Always a line, branch is understaffed, botched appointments, bad information, bankers hide in the back rather than helping customers, and now there are no in-person tellers. I've been spoiled by other credit unions, but this place is mediocre at best.

  They are always friendly and helpful at this branch and even with the covid-19 stuff going on they are as quick as I've ever seen to get the customers needs met. I've never had to wait long to get through the line, inside or outside at the drive thru lanes either one. I believe the longest wait I have ever had and that was when the pandemic first started was 40 minutes in a drive thru lane but that was only once and it was at the busiest time of day. They do such a great job of taking care of their customers that I'm very glad my accounts are with them. Thank you, Kemba. Karen Lloyd

  Great place to bank. Very friendly and courteous staff.. No long lines and usually have plenty of staff to help assist with all banking needs.. Been banking with them for over 15 years.

  The staff have always been wonderful to me, happy to help with a smile. I love that, at most times of the day, I can just walk in and, without having to wait long, am able to sit down with a personal banker to discuss all my finance and investment options. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Although I now do most of my bankig through their app, I always have a good experience whenever I have to actually go into the branch.

  I have been a member for about 7 months and am never disappointed with the service they provide. Needed a new car on very short notice and the branch manager was so prompt and attentive with getting paperwork ready to get the car in less than a day! The savings accounts they offer, as well as the credit cards are great to save money without even having to think about it. Small credit union feel with speed and convenience of a big bank. I recommend!

  Kemba is too sales-oriented. When I was a member, I was asked to complete an "anonymous" online survey. In the survey I mentioned something about mortgages. The next day, a manager called my personal cell phone! I didn't even know they had my number - never in my life has a banking institution called me. She was trying to set up a meeting to sell me on their mortgage products. Apparently the survey wasn't confidential! I closed my accounts a short time later. I'm not going to do business with a place that markets so aggressively.

  I've been with Kemba for close to 4 years now and I am confident with saying that I will never use a traditional bank again. Kemba has been amazing to us on ever level. We have had 2 separate credit cards and 2 separate car loans through them. They have helped my wife and I so much with our credit and approved us when no one else would. When it comes time for a house, we will use them for sure.

  So I went to this location right before they were closing at 5pm (4:55pm) was when I arrived. I called just to be sure that i would still receive help once I got there. I was informed that as long as the doors wasn’t locked when I got there, they would be able to assist me. I arrived and was greeted immediately, along with the time that it was. Sarcastically, I said “Good thing I came before closing!” The assistant manager, Megan called my name and we walked to her office. She proceeded to inform me of the time as well. In conclusion, bad first experience and no longer want to open an account there. Too many young people who’s just seeking a paycheck but don’t actually enjoy their job.

  I went to get my car refinanced and get the title out in my name after I got divorced 2 years ago, and I still don't have my title. I've had to go in 5 times because they kept losing the paperwork, or giving me the wrong paperwork to sign then they forgot to put the stamp on it when the mailed it to the BMV. I can't get my tags renewed until I get the title. I went in and talked to the banker and he called the corporate office to make sure they had all the paperwork and everything was good. They told me it was and thay I'd have my title by the 20th. It's now the 23rd and I was just told that they forgot something else. I've just about had it with this bank. It should not take 2 years to get my title switched.
