Peter DiGravio3Update: I emailed the president of WPCU and he got someone else in upper management to babysit the situation while keeping me in the loop. Visa credited all the missing money to my account. The ATM experience was still a pain in the butt, however seeing the C level staff get directly involved dissuaded me from dropping wpcu and going with another bank. Exterior ATM ate my cash after hours. Next morning interior branch informed me they don't have jurisdiction on atm and I have to file dispute with visa. Asked how often this happens and staff told me about twice a week! Exterior ATM is nearing 7 year depreciation so eventually should be replaced. A real nightmare come true.

Joel Williams5Ryan was very helpful in helping me become a member of the credit union. My two year old was all over his office and he had the patience of a saint. The virtual teller system is a bit different. Similar to a more advanced ATM that most banks switching to in stead of a line of tellers. Big difference is that there is a live person on the other side helping you with your transaction.

Angi Fortman5I loved the atmosphere and the loan officers there were even more awesome then I have ever experience here in Columbus. They gave me a great interest rate and on top of that was even more perks. This credit union is all digital and there branch is well decorated and high tech. I know I can do all my loan processes over the phone but I would much rather go in just because it's that awesome. This is my personal opinion. I hope everyone has somewhat or even a better experience I had with them. On another note, my boyfriend has been talking about how great they were before the branch even opened in Columbus. What are the odds of that. Love this credit union. Super highly recommend.

Jeffrey Steenburgh13 years ago, I went shopping for a vehicle. Even with what I thought was a decent score, 4 other banks turned me down. Wright Patt came to my rescue and picked me up. Gave me a really good rate, right off the bat. My payments have been on time every month since. No problems at all with them. After 3 quite years, I go in to ask for a loan to consolidated my debt. This was around the beginning of march. I have ADD, so my memory on certain things is not the greatest....... Before I go on with this, dont get me wrong. The staff has always been really nice!!! The gentleman, (which I can't remember his name now, in the office straight back from the front desk) was great to work with. I felt right at home! Very welcoming, very pleasant, one of the best people I've ever encountered at a bank. I Thank you for your time!! Anyway, the biggest reason why my rating went from 5 stars to 00000000 stars, is not because I was turned down. Not even for the fact I wasn't offered any kind of counter offer. It was the letter I received after being turned down. At the bottom of the letter, its states, (As a financial cooperative of which you are a member-owner, it is our desire to help you improve your credit rating and reduce the cost of obtaining future credit). The desire to help me reduce my total monthly payments, interest rates, fix what's wrong with the car I'm paying through you guys, stress.......... Just wasn't there. Even if I didnt receive the total of what I asked for, which was the extra to fix my car. I would have saved an extra 200.00 a month. I just finished up with school, from the last year, I had to rack up some bills. This really would have saved me right now. Now that you pulled my credit, which will hurt me for the next 2 year's. I now have to find a new bank, that will help me, which will hurt even more. Again, no counter offers, just drown. I only ask once! Soon as my car is paid off. I will move on.

Dory Denny5THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE AT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTE HANDS DOWN. The employees are phenomenal and they break down all you need to know for any questions that may arise. It feels more like a family based ordeal leaving you with this taken care of experience than a stiff and distant one that many other banks like to display. The environment is clean and making transactions is easy. Wright-Patt makes saving and managing money fun and Hassel free. I highly recommend that investing in them is worth your time.

laxi pat1Plan to spend at least 2hours each day in bank until process comes to end. Stuff are not clear about promotions nor filing fee but they are friendly. Omer Shah made me to sign wrong documents and asked me to re do them. He is unaware of Filing fee, and emailing system.. other staff are not clear on : 1% rebate was not provided, which was offering by other branch’s.
