  I recently worked with Derek to apply for a car loan, and he made the process not only easy, but enjoyable. His patient, pleasant demeanor immediately put me at ease as he answered my numerous questions. Being a member of this credit union for years during and after my teaching career, I know for a fact that they put their customers first. Their interest rates for loans are second to none!! You can't do any better for your financial concerns than Smart Federal Credit Union of Franklin County, Ohio.

  I recently bought out my car lease through Smart Federal Credit Union and the experience has once again been a pleasant one. My loan officer, Keisha was able to process the loan in a very efficient and timely manner. She also took care of the buy out package through Toyota, saving me a lot of time. We have purchased other vehicles through Smart and we will continue to recommend them.

  I have been a proud member of Smart federal CU (formally fcsefcu) since 2009. The staff at SMART continue to impress me with professional, courteous and friendly in-person service as well as offering outstanding products - rates on credit cards, car and personal loans, etc. If I have questions or need help, the email response times are always quick, and if I need to talk to someone via phone, I am always able to connect with an actual person without delay. The loan and credit card applications are easy, painless and are always processed quickly. It would be hard to dream up a better neighborhood bank than SMART!

  I worked with Derek and the communication was excellent! I had to open a car loan for an out of state private sale and it was not easy! Derek was super patient and helpful and I definitely recommend using Smart Federal Credit Union!

  Always very professional when speaking with a representative at SFCU. I have been with SFCU since the 1990's when living in Canal Winchester, OH. Their loan rates are not just competitive with other loan institutions but basically are the best rates you can get. I always feel like a welcomed member of this organization. I feel I am treated fairly each time I speak with them and that is why I have been a member of the SMART FCU for all these years.

  I have been banking with Smart Fed for many years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.
