  Moved back to the area after years of being away and needed to partner with a new bank for personal as well as business needs. So glad we walked into CME! Everyone was friendly as we entered all smiles and greetings. We were only there to make a deposit as CME is a shared branch with our out of state bank, yet we ended up opening our new accounts with Nikki because she was so fantastic! If everyone at CME is a kind and considerate as Nikki here at the Clintonville branch, all of us should consider banking with CME! Best experience ever! Thank you Nikki🙏

  Nikki was fantastic. My husband and I had like 4 different processes and requests to be completed and addressed, and she was able to accomplish everything we needed very quickly, very thoroughly, and while remaining extremely personable.

  I needed to open an account, so I visited the Westerville branch at 428 S. State St, which is closest to where I live. Staff member Nikki Hartnett, who is from the Clintonville branch, was working at the Westerville branch for a few days covering for a vacationing staff member. My lucky day! Nikki made the entire process a pleasure. She is a true professional. Made me glad I chose CME Federal Credit Union.

  We worked with Matt Steinke from CME on a HELOC. He was very kind, supportive, and made the whole process so clear and easy to understand. My husband and I are so happy we went with a smaller, local bank for such an important transaction. We felt truly cared about, and every little detail was explained so well! Glad we went with CME rather than a large national bank.

  I went to cash a check Saturday Feb 5...the teller acknowledged me cashed the check sent it through and no thank you...or have a good Day...terrible way to treat a member for over 10yrs

  I have been trying to contact this credit union for over a year. I believe our home equity line is expiring soon and have been unable to reach them to look into opening a new one. Today I went online but could find no way to see a "full" statement that shows individual transactions for our savings account. I also could not find where the PDF statements are located, so I could print one out. Funny thing, they keep sending us mail to get us to buy car insurance, but I cannot get a response over the phone or online through their website. I guess there's the pandemic excuse for long wait times on the phone and the other issues I'm having. UPDATE: I visited my local CME branch on High Street. 3 employees present inside. I was their only customer. I told them I was on extended hold on the phone and asked if the calls really come to this location. They said yes. Not sure why I couldn't get through. Neither of the employees I spoke with seemed concerned about the lack of customer service. Sadly with masks covering 1/2 their faces it's very difficult to see any emotional expressions. I did get the information I needed. I probably won't go back to open another home equity line. UPDATE: 2 messages on my home phone giving contact numbers to discuss opening a new Home Equity Line. Apologized in the comments section to my review. Adding a star for that recognition.
