  Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice. Homes that Click stood out as the best Columbus has to offer: their rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We also had a personal friend highly recommend them. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing! The second buyer that saw the condo bought the home!   Deb and Jerry did a great job selling my home fast. In just a few days on the market we received an offer $15k over our asking price. So, at first I thought "what's a reduced commission realestate agent all about and what is different from other agents"? Honestly, I received the same, if not better, level of service as other agents I have used in the past... and all at cheaper commission! There is no difference, just a better experience. I highly recommend Deb and Jerry.

  Deb and Jerry make an excellent team of realtors/brokers . They made buying my condo and selling my home so streamlined. They are experts in their field with years of real estate experience behind them. They are highly recommended and very responsive. We first called them while they were out of town on vacation and returned our call the same day. They are professional, friendly, honest and down to earth people. They came to my house for a free consultation on how to go about selling my home. We did video conferencing with my son who was in another state. They provided a lot of advice on how to make my home sell faster by going room to room with suggestions for upgrades to meet the current trends. They are the best interior decorators in their own rights as they advised me on the carpet and paint colors among other things. They are very well connected with service people like roofers, handymen, painters, contractors, carpet wholesalers/installers, home stagers, etc. hence, you only have to call one service company instead of calling for a bunch of service people to give you the best quotes. I started getting quotes from others but in the end used their contacts who proved to be great at their line of work and the most reasonably priced . Deb and Jerry are great advocates for you whether you’re selling or buying a house. They have a wealth of knowledge in real estate and are looking out for their clients’ best interests. They keep the cost of upgrades/ repairs down to what is really necessary and essential. They are on top of their game. They have the best professional photographer to highlight my home virtually in the various real estate listings . They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Deb notified me the day after home inspections of what remedies need to be done ASAP due to time frames involved . My house had an offer 2 days after listing and was under contract 5 days after listing. Just had my closing yesterday. I am very happy and extremely satisfied with Deb and Jerry’s service and their discounted and reduced fees are just icing on the cake. Nothing can top my seamless and great real estate experience with Deb and Jerry. I highly recommend them. They are just the best of the best!!! Bravo !!! Judy J.

  Debbie was amazing and a pleasure to work with. She was extremely thorough and gave us lots of good information to make our house look it’s best to sell.
