Barbara Calhoun5I'm so glad I went to Keating! I've never had a good experience at a car lot, and true to form I had a very bad experience this week at John Eagle Acura in Katy (told me they had the car I was looking for and then did the bait-and-switch once I had driven all the way out to Katy and they said they "just sold it" but had something else for me, but a little more expensive blah blah blah - that wasn't what I was looking for at all). I came home upset, and got in touch with Jeff at Keating the very next day. He asked a few questions to figure out what my wants and needs were regarding the car and the financing, and by the end of the day I was driving off their lot with the car I wanted, including the wish-list items I had like leather interior, moonroof, the color of vehicle I wanted. They worked with me to get all of the features I wanted at the price rage I needed within my budget. I cant say enough about Jeff and Thomas and would highly recommend Keating to others!

Susan Powers1I am disappointed with the service I received on October 28th. I made an appointment with Dale to have an error (“Check Emissions System”) diagnosed. I only authorized work to diagnose the error code and to also take a look at too frequent “Low Tire Pressure” warnings. I left my car at 9am, having been told that it would take 90 minutes to diagnose the car. Having not heard anything from anyone by 2pm, I called, ended up speaking to the manager and told him that I hadn’t heard back from Dale. About 45 minutes later, I received a text message with a link to the proposed work. The proposed bill was for $5,029.63! With zero explanation. It wasn’t even clear which, if any, of the items listed addressed my issues. I called back, spoke to the manager (again) and he said he’d have Dale call. After about 45 minutes, I received a voicemail from Dale indicating the part that needed repair but not anything about the other items or about getting my authorization to do the work or apologizing for taking waaaay longer than promised to get to this point, or basically act as though my business mattered. Nor was there any explanation of the giant list of “items needing attention,” some of which had already been completed at the Katy Honda dealership (at a much lower price and with excellent service!) and are not due again for 75,000 miles (or ever). I called back to ask about picking up my car and no one asked me about authorizing any work or if I had any questions or anything. They were totally fine with just letting me walk away. I have emailed Mr. Wright and Mr. Boston (the GM of the dealership) and have received no response. Both when I dropped off and when I picked up my car, with the sole exception of the valet who took my keys upon arrival, no one was wearing a mask. No one. I felt disrespected and unsafe. The same was true when I picked up my car. Consistent mask wearing is a key part of Honda policy and is not being followed at Keating Honda. Finally, I’ve been a customer of this dealership, starting when it was Streater Smith, for somewhere between 20 and 25 years. It’s a sad day that a lack of responsiveness, price gouging, and disrespect for customers requires me to find a new Honda home. If I owned this business, I’d want to know how my customers perceive the service. I hope this is helpful.

A.j.5Great service from Start to Finish. Started online with the internet sales team, which seamlessly lead into a test drive. Once inside the store the level of service stayed phenomenal. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly not pushy at all. Next the Gentleman that handled all the paperwork was also very friendly and professional. Amanda Carlisle1Probably the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I was treated as if my trade in was no collateral what so ever. My budget was not kept in mind at all throughout the whole process. The phrase first time buyer was constantly thrown in my face, when infact it was not my first time buying a car. The cars I've had in the past were paid for in full upon price agreement. I understand negotiations are apart of the car buying process, but when I tell you that we're obviously not going to be able to come to an agreement and you still ignore my request for the keys to my car that is absolutely unacceptable. I don't appreciate the way I was treated. I ended up purchasing a Honda from Honda of Spring. If you want great service go there and ask for Denise, she's wonderful! Response to the owner since I can't reply directly to your response. I really wish this nightmare of a situation wasn't true. I wanted that beautiful blue honda at your dealership to be mine. I live here in Conroe and your establishment would have been so much more convenient to get my car serviced at instead of driving 10 plus miles out of my way. I do have email correspondence and texts if you would like me to forward them to you. I also brought a friend with me that day who witnessed the whole situation.
