      This review is not for the customer service, as everyone is great. But management, please fix this... Teller 2.0 is a horrible idea! Had an 8 minute wait time. When the teller showed up on screen there was no sound and then video went out. Then showed a 4 minute wait time. Waited 10 more minutes and had to leave as I was going to be late for work. Tried to call customer service and there was another 10 minute wait. This is just the latest in the many troubles we've had (my whole family) since they brought out the fancy new machines. I get that they are probably trying to save money in employees but it's a terrible idea. Instead of being able to send the tube with all the stuff together, we have to open the door so the teller can even be heard, put an ID on the scanner, wait for the teller to find our acct, wait until we are told to put the check in the slot, wait for cash to be dispensed, then wait for a receipt, all while watching the screen so we don't miss a step. They've made it so complicated when it was so easy before. And all that happens IF you even get a teller on the screen without mechanical issues. My family and I have been banking here for over 20 years. I'm sorry to say that with the new frustrations with simply cashing a check or making a deposit, we may take our business elsewhere.

      I went to Alexis for a loan for school and she was so amazing. I’m young and still learning about credit and she took the time to explain all of her knowledge to me. You could really tell she truly cares about helping people. Will be switching from chase to smart financial because of her!

      Had card issues (worn out). Requested replacement and waited 3 weeks. No card. Requested another and now they have canceled my current card and have to wait 2 weeks for the replacement. So I cannot use account to pay bills or online for 2 weeks. I called back in and they said there's nothing they can do except wait for replacement. Requested overnight shipping on the card and they said it's not possible. Asked for a manager and was told it could take up to 48hrs!!! for a call back. I've relied on this account for 20 years but now feel like I have to find another bank because they're unable to maintain your access to your own money.

      Can you give us an update to ToniJos Concerns about the malfunctioning ATM's and the huge hassle of that process? Is it possible to Follow up with updated responses to the one store reviews I'm reviews I'm interested in switching from navy federal credit Union after 20 years to a closer credit Union in Conner but I'm hesitant because of these reviews. Our family has various loans and credit card Products that we may want to switch over. Please give us updates on the negative reviews!

      I cannot say ENOUGH about our experience with Alexis Smith. From beginning to end, it felt like we were sitting with family. She was knowledgeable and helpful on every aspect on applying for our loan and refinancing our vehicle. There was never a question or problem unanswered, or issue that went unresolved.       My family and I just recently moved here from Rockwall, Texas. We have always used the Credit Union of Texas for our savings accounts or Auto Loans and they were always wonderful; but not this place. My wife and I applied for a small Jeep loan and provided our new company letterheads with our annual income and the loan went through; we thought. The next following days we were told we were denied because of not having a check stub that no one asked us for or we would have provided our last ones from our previous employers. I’d like to add that the lady who did our new account and loan processing didn’t mention anything about check Stubbs she told us we were approved and pulled our credit and told us an APR. We assumed it was a wrap. The day I was going to buy my Jeep she told me we were denied. Don’t use this place! Go put your money elsewhere. Very unprofessional and misleading to hard working people who have great credit, great jobs.

      Was recommended to use smart finacial to get my car refinanced. Opened up an account and got denied refinancing went somewhere else immediately got approved. Then about a year later applied for a small personal loan got denied and was told it was because of debt on my credit from more than 8 years ago. So again went somewhere else and was approved.

      I've been banking with Smart Financial since 2013 and have been approved for multiple loans (car, home, credit card) all at low interest rates 3-4%. They work with you (but it's important that you work on your credit to improve your credit score). I enjoy banking with them and working with the loan officers. If you are applying for a Car Loan ask about a guy named Serbando, he will help to locate the car you want and get you a good deal!! It's all apart of their auto side called Smart Auto Direct, this guy works for Smart Financial and it's his job to get us vehicles at good deals!!

      This bank doesn't care about their customers. Several times I've had to wait up to a half an hour for someone to see me while the people that work there are in each other's offices having conversations and laughing and carrying on like their in high school while they make their customers wait in the lobby because obviously their time is more important than yours. Also on numerous occasions I've given them paperwork to add to my file for things like tax exemption. I give them the paper and they come out like 10 minutes later and say it's done. I check on it's status a couple of weeks later and there's no record of it AT ALL. Plus they don't have a notary for anything so forget about that too. Due yourself a favor and find a better bank to give your business to. I use the Conroe branch by the way. As if it matters. I'm sure the whole company runs the same way.
