  Worst location in conroe. Couple weeks again was a 30 minute wait in drive through. Was told "you should know its busy on the 15th". Today was told "no change until you prove an account with us." Last time they never said anything about that. Well, change the rules and 20-30 minute lines in bs. Some of us don't have working AC and I wouldn't t have wasted time and water to wait in line if you had just said that last time! Rude and ever changing rules.

  No one and I repeat no one go to Wells Fargo. They are thieves and liars. Not the people working they are great but the bank in whole should be shut down completely.

  The tellers are so slow! Waited in drive thru line for 30 min. Wtw! I deposit multiple deposits at once for the past two years and the teller had the nerve to ask me to seperate them because it slows him down? Really? Thats exactly why i dont stop at this location.

  This branch of Wells Fargo is a training bank. The tellers rotate often and have a tendency to take their time because they are still learning. The work is always done really throughly and by the book but be prepared to wait a bit.

  Its Monday morning and there is one person working ALL drive thru lanes including commercial. Please Wells Fargo why is This acceptable. We have businesses to run and the general consumer deserves better too. Shame on you Wells Fargo management Conroe You need to step up your game. There are many other banks willing to earn peoples business. I already left personally now I am going to request my company transfers banks. I can't Sit In line for 30 minutes

  Worst service of any banks!! Just took 45 minutes at drive through to deposit one check. This is normal for this branch as it has happened every time I have to do any banking. With unemployment at current levels, hire some people to solve the problem!!

  The drive thru is always backed up - especially before closing hours. It's ridiculous to have to wait a minimum of 20 min. every time I go. I hate going to this branch, but it's on my way out. They never have more than 3 tellers - terrible management!

  Couldn't be happier with the customer service I've received. I'm a teacher and they upgraded my account to free cashier checks so when I do fund raisers no money is taken away from the cause. Also Brittany just helped my wife and I join accounts. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Open the lobby! Absolutely rediculoulos to wait 30min to an hour in the drive-thru for simple banking transactions. If you can't offer better service, just close your operation.

  Not so much with Wells Fargo but with the Branch Manger "Catalina Guevara".....She was rude and when I said maybe I should take my 21 years here with Wells Fargo and bank else where. Her reply was " OK DO YOU HAVE ANY OUT STANDING CHECKS AND COME WITH ME. I WILL BE HAPPY TO CLOSE IT DOWN" She should have said lets work out a solution to this problem. This lady should NOT be in the customer service relations with people. She has ZERO personality and rude. Thanks Scott Westra
