  I haven't had to borrow money in a while. Katie made it really easy to understand the terms of my agreement and made me comfortable with both the loan process and while at their office. I found the overall process pretty smooth and think it's great that they have such personable people, like Katie, representing their company.

  Katie is Awesome! I had to cancel a couple of times and reschedule and she was very accommodating and nice. She is very knowledgeable and explained all my options. She made this process easy!!! Tina.

  One main financial made my dream come true. I am nothing more than a poor college student living on Vienna sausages and saltine crackers every night fighting to live another day while drowning in student debt. With the complications of covid, my future was cloudy as to if I could continue my education… one main approved me for a loan capable of stabilizing not only my life but my future… the entire staff was more than accommodating with their impeccable staff service and their delicious snacks in store. I will dedicate my life to repaying such a debt to them that has saved my entire future.

  My daughter applied for a loan here. They kept asking her to put money on her card or in her account in order to process the application and once she put the money in her account, they came up with another excuse as to why they haven't put the payment on her card or in her account. So now they have the $250 that they asked her to put in her account and STILL NO MONEY!!! DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!

  My new loan payment should have started the next month but my loan officer forget to surpress my old loan monthly payment. That meant my bank account was drafted for the old regular monthly payment and now I will have to make the new another payment. I am not happy about this because this is not what we discussed.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! WARNING!!! I paid on my loan for almost 2 years and my principal balance barely budged and no explanation as to why I was being charged wayyy more interest than I should have. The unemployment claim that I filed with my insurance I purchased supposedly kept not getting my paperwork and not covering payments. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a lender and would not recommend anyone do business with these people. More like crooks than honest lenders....
