  I don't even have an account here and can tell this bank is garbage. Close SUPER EARLY. 30-50 minute wait time on the phone. Come on now. This is a multi billion dollar company. Not a mom and pop store. Get your s### together

  Worst bank ever! Every time i visit this location there is at least a 10 person line. Out of the 8 teller windows, there is usually only 2 tellers working.Tellers are super slow. Its ridiculous. Plan on spending at least 30min in the line waiting and another 10min dealing with the teller.

  If I could give this BOA branch in Conroe a ZERO star rating I would. Went in the morning, Monday morning, to avoid the long lines later in the afternoon. There was one Bank Teller, ONE BANK TELLER, and 8 empty customer service windows. There was a line of 10-15 people waiting to see ONE BANK TELLER. This branch does not care about making you wait 30 minutes before being served.

  Sorry I bank there.the door greeters do not qualify to work at Wal-Mart. I am a business owner.4 accounts .and they give better service to a Mexican that probably, does not pay any taxes,terrible. Do not use this bank unless you are 3 class good luck

  Teller was rude. This is expected since this is one of the banks caught foreclosing on its customers Holmes during the 2008 housing crash by using shady practices. 8 dollars to cash my paycheck when my boss has an account there is bs too.

  13 years with Bank of America WORST customer service ever at the Conroe, Tx branch !!! A person name Kendra stroud she is very rude ,worst attitude ever!! I call 4 times !!! They Never answer the phones 📞

  Jesus christ. This is the SLOWEST bank I have EVER been to. They do not have enough employees to keep up. I waited over 15 minutes. If I wasn't desperate to cash my check now, I'd have left.

  The business tellers need to speed up service and stop all the talking. Stood in line for 15 while they chatted

  One of the busiest Saturdays they close at 2 18 people in line and only two tellers are you serious I honestly think people's money is best earned elsewhere Bank of America you have been going downhill within the last 5 years

  I've used bank of America for about 10 years with good standings and suddenly get a letter stating they have made a business decision to close my account and don't have to give me any reason why. What a shame.
