  I am very pleased with the service I have received from KM Acura, specifically from Tom Mendoza, service rep. He and the staff have successfully solved the issues I have had with our two cars.   Always treated as a valued client. We always have our RDX service at Kearny Mesa Acura. Mike our service rep knows us and makes sure we are happy with work done, makes recommendations as appropriate. We have been doing business here since 2003 when we purchased our MDX.

  The staff has always been very helpful to our family in servicing our Acura for several years. We take the car in for routine servicing every six months, and whenever there has been a need for any additional work to be done on the car, this has always been explained clearly, and the work done efficiently. We are very grateful for our harmonious relationship with Kearny Mesa Acura.

  For close to 5 months, I had problems with several warning lights coming on. Each time, I took it to the dealership I had been going to for 16 years; they never were able to resolve the problem. The last time the warning lights came on, I went to Kearny Mesa Acura and Mike Fentress was my service consultant. KMA had my car for two weeks; they were able to locate and fix the problem. My car drives like it’s brand new, it didn’t drive this well when I first bought it! I am very grateful for Mike’s and the service department’s persistence in fixing my car.

  I needed an oil change and I looked online for appointments and they didn’t have anything available until the following week. So if you need immediate service good luck with showing up. I called to see if I could get a sooner appointment and none were available. Anyway when I arrived, I met with my advisor James. He’s great, very down to earth and explains what services will be done and how much. He calls you if anything else needs to be brought to your attention and calls as soon as your vehicle is ready.

  I was very satisfied with the level of customer service received. Mr. Fentress, Service Consultant, was very professional and courteous. My appointment for car maintenance service was at 9:30am. I was promptly assisted and paperwork processed to get my car in. Service was completed within estimated time while I waited in a comfortable and clean customer lounge area.

  Service adviser Juan was great with getting our 2016 MDX serviced. There was a tire pressure caution warning, KM Acura took care of everything with professionalism and courtesy. Will definitely continue to do business withe KM Acura.

  Been coming here to service our Acura for 10 years and almost never had any complaint. In fact service has gotten better over the years and recently been really exceptional. They are a bit slow though can take about 2-3 hours for oil change so hard to wait and get an oil change.

  For several years now, Kearny Mesa Acura has proven to be the best option for taking care of my Acura. Tom Mendoza has been my go to service associate for over 15 years! Everyone I have encountered here has been curtious and professional. Most importantly, the staff all seem like they enjoy work and take pride in serving customers and patrons. 5 star with no hesitation!
