  The staff is very friendly which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I drove 4 hrs to buy a car from them only to find out that the car belonged to a smoker and wreaked of cigarettes. Fortunately, they had a similar car in stock that suited my needs and we were able to make a deal. Unfortunately, they tried to sell me this car with damaged tires and with only one working key. They promised that they would provide me with a second key at a discounted rate, but that never happened, however they did swap out the tires for me. In addition, they completely failed to mention that my car was equipped with BMW assist and failed to properly inform me of the cars other technologies. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

  I've leased through BMW of San Diego in the past and returned recently to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I had a seamless car-buying experience here. Angelo was great! Buying a car can be stressful but Angelo made it a pleasant experience. No pressure, no hassles. And a big shout out to Moe in the finance department! Thank you BMW of San Diego! I love my car!

  Very professional. Sales folks never pressured me and were very accommodating. Financing department was incredibly professional and easy to work with. The next time im looking for another bmw I will definitely come here again. Great experiemxe buying my first bmw.

  BMW of San Diego will definitely be my preferred dealership for vehicle services. I want to thank my service advisor Duane for taking care of my flat tire efficiently, on the Friday after thanksgiving. I couldn’t believe it when he was able to source my tyre successfully. He was very calm, professional and fun. I was very comfortable on how he handled my vechicle (2017 BMW 540i). The service charges was fair and transparent. Very well done! Best feeling ever!

  Purchased my 3rd vehicle from Sean at the Bargain Corner. He's great, he makes the transaction quick, easy and feel he looks out for my needs more than pushing a vehicle that needs to be sold or one that has a bigger price tag. I highly recommend Sean. Also recommend Duane in Service. He helped with a repair that needed some extra attention. Thanks San Diego BMW!

  Service needs well handled both online and in person at the store. Appointment and services completed efficiently as promised. I was provided a loaner car with one day notice upon request. A suggestion, a hybrid loaner battery should be charged to experience and understand its benefits.
