  Super bad experience. Only one person is working. The waiting time takes 25-40 minutes. Other people are modeling lol Recommended close🫠

  Not sure what the deal is with banking institutions these days. For some reason you're removing your ATMs and closing a lot of branches. The only one near me always has a line out the door and super long wait. One or two tellers at a time and that's it. Bring back ATMs in tierrasanta. Good grief. Pandemic has turned everything into third world status. I bet musk and bezos don't have to wait though.

  made an appointment online to meet with a banker, walked in on time, sat down, was ignored, then left 30 mins later, after realizing the people at their desks were not going to be done with their customers any time soon. still had not spoken to anyone about why i was there. maybe i forgot to take off my invisibility cloak or something?? idk. if i had just walked in, i would have better understood, but since i made an appointment i was upset and disappointed by my experience. why bother making an appointment if it makes no difference? it was a total waste and disrespect of my time. I have things to do on a schedule. I'm not at a bank branch for funsies or cuz it's cool to hang out there.

  Teller needs more training on being more informative towards the customer before taking further actions! The manager was acting like he was going to give him a consequence for misinformation he provided that lead me to being negative in my account. From his demeanor I can clearly see he has no remorse nor was he empathetic/apologetic for what I was experiencing! Very unprofessional!

  This place is a huge area inside. But the bank doesn't use all of it. They don't have that many tellers despite the huge space. But they process long lines efficiently. Friendly staff.

  Teller and branch manager (Justin) were very unhelpful. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Bank of America, would not recommend this branch.

  I am giving this location 1 star today because the manager refused to cash my bank of america check even though I was willing to open an account. She had 0 solution for me. I could tell that something was off so I went to a different location and they were able to help me all under half hour. Never coming back here unless its the last bank one earth.

  Tish L. At Kearny Mesa branch laughed at me when I expressed my dissapointment that I could not make a transfer from my account to another bank without paying a $35 wire fee. Instead of explaining why, she turned to her colleagues and laughed when I said that surely the bank should have an easier way to transfer money into another bank. She embarrassed me in front the whole bank. I spoke to the manager and he defended her. I'm appalled. Her attitude was disgusting when I told her she was behaving unprofessionally. I will never go back to this branch. What a horrible person.

  The cashier told me I couldn’t do a money transfer because I didn’t have an appointment & wanted me to come back the next day. Very inconvenient I do not have access to the money I need I will never bank at this bank again! Thought I’d share!
