  I have the pleasure to have Loan's assistance with two of houses. The first one was in 2014 when I purchased my first house. The process went flawless accept for the normal business/mortgage protocol inspection and what not. Loan was fast on her response and communication was great ! Love it. Our second home was in 2018 when I sold my first house to purchase the second. The process again was flawless accept again the business/mortgage protocol. Normal I guess. Loan assisted me in every which way to close as quickly as possible. Couldn't be happier. Thank you for your service Loan!

  They are very professional, fast and effective. I had Cross Country Mortgage to borrow the mortgage loan for the new home. They wasted my time and could not help me 2 weeks before the closing escrow. I decided to call AmericanLoan.com and they effectively get the loan approved just in time.   I had very good refinance experiences with Truc.P and Loan. They provide super clear detail instruction on every steps that needed to be done.
