  We found JZ Mortgage Services through the google search and inquired about their service. Jim Z. responded back right away and answered our queries about first time home buying. He and his team - Scott Bailey & Ana D. were all patient, understanding and very detailed and helpful about the requirements and deadlines. Scott B. extended his time when we needed to clarify certain documents that have to be submitted the next day. He’s very courteous and professional! We will definitely recommend Scott Bailey and the whole JZ Mortgage team!

  Highly recommend Scott Bailey and his staff!! Fast, efficient and great communication! When and if there is a need, I will be reaching out to him again... 1/2022 ... I reached out to Scott and his team again... Same experience and we closed on our home within 30 days! The process was even easier since he had most of our information and we just had to send a few updates!

  I reached out to JZ mortgage because of a refinance (through different company) I did a year ago that put me in a bind. Justin Thomas was the most pleasant and helpful person I’ve dealt with and very understanding of my situation. He helped me not only get a better interest rate but also was able to get money back for me and a lower mortgage payment. Justin made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and was reachable anytime I needed. I trust him and the company and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Justin will always be my first call whenever it comes to mortgage needs in the future.

  I worked with Scott Bailey. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions. He always answered my call and if he ever missed it, called me back within the hour. I went through the mortgage process during the covid-19 pandemic. Things were moving slower than normal, but JZ Mortgage got it done. There were plenty of times I felt like giving up through the process, but Scott and his team Caroline and Lianne are the dream team, and thanks to them they’ve made my dream come true.
