      I LOVE the branch Manager but the teller Michelle with the blond hair I’ve had two encounters with ..... is VERY unfriendly, if you have a service position, you should be more welcoming & friendly. I’ve watched her with other people as I wait in the line. If you aren’t happy with your job, you shouldn’t work in customer service. She is just miserable!

      I know we are still dealing with COVID-19,but you would think if there are people working inside the bank they would at least answer the phones. Called this morning and no answer. How's a person supposed to set up an appointment if they have no internet or smart phone? Add the fact that most businesses are now fully open too!

      Very unhappy with the services and lack of care. I can’t do an international wire for my family online due to websites issues and they don’t want to see if they can fit me in for a five minute appointment. Yes a wire takes five minutes not 30 minutes, which the lady at the counter said and then proceeded to tell me how she was booked all day every half hour, yet there was no one waiting for anyone. I recently went to a location right off of 75 on SR-64 down by the highway and the service there was much better than the horrible way I was treated here. These people clearly don’t value there jobs or their clients, and I will not be returning. So disappointing.

      My mobile app restricts the amount on the deposits I can make. Per their message, I am forced to go to the bank. Only to find limited sites and absolutely ridiculous hours. They open at 10 am? That puts a whole new light on the term "Bankers Hours" . So much for the push toward "mobile and convenient"

      I’m really not happy with this location it used to be better. I did a wire transfer that I do every single couple of months from the same accounts and for some reason they messed up and over-drafted another account, even after I verbally confirmed which account the amount should be taken from. Why? They gave me the excuse of human error, and stated that I should’ve made sure myself. Great way to apologize to your customers don’t you think? Just blame it on the customer. At this point I’m not sure I will be doing any business at that location anymore.

      Main corporate Bank of America financially devastated my company by locking up all my money based on an inaccurate determination of what they thought was fraud. After sending a certified letter explaining the situation, there was still no hope in them remedying the situation. Now they have put a fraudulent claim against my business in a nationwide system preventing me from opening bank accounts anywhere else. I guess they just don’t care about the little guys.

      Kimberly was super helpful! Attendant was also very helpful in moving me along quickly in line, and they are maintaining all social distancing requirements very well, hand sanitizer dispensers available for use after service very thoughtful
