  Usually I have great interactions with your tellers but today was the worst customer service I have seen at a bank. I would never open an account at this branch with customer service this bad. I never do ratings.... but this one was just wrong.

  John Lang and his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. John goes the extra mile when it comes to client service, and I can always count on him to get things done quickly and efficiently. Being in the financial industry myself, I know how important it is to be able to trust and rely on your banker for good service and great advice. With John, you get both.   John Lang makes it quick and easy when it come to setting up a personal account. John was also able to assist a client of mine and give guidance on a loan for business equipment. I trust John and appreciate his service. I will continue to use him for personal banking and for lending when my clients are in need. Thanks !

  Personable. Passionate. Professional. As a brand new business owner, I've got A LOT of questions, and John Lang took the time to explain business loans to me. It may have stung to know that I was not quite eligible for a loan but John also took the time to help improve my financial status to be eligible for a loan, down the road. Banking and finance has always been a mystery to me, and I'm very happy to have John walk me through all the complexities of small business finance.

  Being a business owner I was very skeptical as to which bank to put my funds based on a lot of meaningless fees that I accrued through some of the bigger name banks. I went with bank of Ozarks and I am extremely happy. John Lang proves to me without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision. He has shown time and time again that he is willing to go the extra mile for me. At this bank you won’t be treated like another number.
