  Great people. Exteremly helpful. Will go out of their ways to help you. Very honest. Go blindly with them, you will never feel sorry. If I have to go 100 time for my real estate needs including financing and purchase of a property, I will go all 100 times with JP Mortgage without thinking anybody else. I did not know these people at all and found them in a temple newspaper. I think that was blessing from temple that I discovered these people. I did not meet these people until my real estate needs were achieved to my 100% satisfaction. All work was done by the owner himself via email, texting and telephone calls. This is important to mention that they were handling 7 different real estate parcels for me at the same time. No package is too small or too big for them. Sincerely, Khan

  I live in Raleigh but owned 2 properties in Sacramento. I was never there for the entire sale process of both. JP worked in one case as the buyer agent and seller agent in the other. He handled both with flying colors. His expertise and customer service were superb!

  JP is useless, he wasted my appraisal money two times. Both the times loan he was not able to close the loan. He advertise very cheap rates but not able to close the loans.

  We approved your loan in 3 days. Your current lender is not subordinated to your 2nd loan. No lender in the United States can fund 1st mortgage when the 2nd is not subordinated. I already described this to you many times. Requesting your current lender for the subordination process will help, pressuring us or bad commenting about us will not take your loan closing anywhere. BTW you know that it is still in the process.
