  I’m so thankful for this branch I drive a little further to make sure to come to this location for the best service in Sacramento. Their branch manager Christopher Bendorf deserve the upmost praise I’m a single mother of two and was going through so hardship and Christopher went above of what is required of him to give me and my kids the best options of what I can do in this very difficult time. His product knowledge is incredible and I will never go to another branch because I know Christopher and his staff always makes me feel like he puts my family first! Thank you again for your kindness Christopher and understanding the hardship our community faces and thankful that people like you exist to help.

  Man every time I go to this bank branch there’s homeless people sleeping right in front of the bank. One guy never even has on shoes, they call him no shoes! At night they have the biggest rats in sacramento just sitting in front of the atm machine and running thru the parking lot it’s Horrible! I’m scared to go there at night!

  On September 30th, I went to the ATM to deposit $ 1,300 in $ 100 bills in cash. But since the ATM made strange sounds and did not close the gate where the money had entered, I canceled the deposit and only received $ 600 back. There was $ 700 that the cashier had not registered. Then immediately call the number that appears on the left side of the ATM. They gave me a claim number and told me that in 10 business days I would have an answer. I went back next morning and since I already had a claim number, there was nothing they could do at the moment. One day before the deadline went to the bank and his branch manager told me that my claim had not been valid but as a courtesy He was going to order a manual count of the cash of the machine. Today, December 19, the Branch Manager tells me that no excess amount was recorded, but rather that $ 200 was missing in the cashier's accounts and that there is nothing more he could do. I’m very disappointed with Chase Bank

  I was able to get assistance with a banker after I got into a financial scam. He was able to open a new account for me and stop all transactions. He reassured me to make sure I was not worried. He kept his word

  Refused to allow a disabled longtime Chase customer to use the bathroom. Recommended going next door to another establishment.. incredibly unprofessional both to a longtime Chase member and to the neighboring business. Definitely not ADA compliant, nor do they seem to care. Find another branch

  Told the staff to deposit $20 and they somehow messed up and withdrawn $20 from my account, came back a second time to correct the mistake now that they owe me $40, and instead of giving me my $40 back, they deposited $40! Now they owe me $80, and I'm going back tomorrow to hope they fix this unprofessional mistake. I understand that the staff said they are using a new program but before they start stealing money they should learn to properly use a new program first, and train their employees to do so effectively. Terrible place, I absolutely do not recommend this place especially if they get deposit and withdraw mixed up...

  Simple love the fact that you can't just use there atm after hours you need to be a Chase member to get in the doors after hours when they close so you can still use the atm

  Chase Bank on Truxel Blvd ( by the Chile's restaurant) Went in to talk to someone about an IRA, which IRA is best to start, and a business loan. Michael (skinny, male, 20s, blk hair) the branch manager said we can schedule it. I said ok with TJ, and Jose. Next day, I went in to start my IRA, the" finacial advisor" TJ Uytingban (bald head, 40s, male, Asian) went full steam ahead and thought I was looking to gamble my money in the open stock market. TJ went ahead and started about investing my money in the stock market, and forget about what I was there to do. He wasted my time for an hour trying to take my money, and stated he will not start a IRA for me. I still do not have an IRA account. Business loan advisor, Jose (Mexican, 40s, male, pepper hair.) I next talked to Jose to try to setup preapproval for a Business Loan , so I can buy a business opportunity. Jose did try to help, but it seem English was not his first language. I will leave this situation at that. I did not get any information on a business loan. update 1: as suspected, TJ Uytingban has no formal education, and only "hotel work" as experience . Good job Chase!!! just aweful! Update 2: Chase contacted me to LMK they have decided not to continue with TJ Uytingban. "0" Star is the correct rating.

  In theory, I prefer a credit union to a large bank, Chase has provided great service while the same could no longer be said of my former CU. Tip: ask for the Disney debit card, and get more out of your debit card.

  The place is fine enough. It has atm near entrance, and the actual branch is further inside. I've experienced no issues.
