  We recently closed on our new home, working with Jordan at Citywide throughout the process. We ended up closing in less than 30 days thanks to Jordan being on top of paperwork and communication with the title company. He made himself available for any questions we had even outside of business hours, and Citywide's automated system with explanation videos of every step of the process made everything clear and concise. Super solid experience from start to finish!

  Jordan Hodges & Jeff Brown provided excellent service as we obtained a mortgage. We appreciated the consistent and almost instant communications they maintained with us. Day or time had no effect on obtaining a response. Jordan quickly and efficiently processed our financial information in order to provide pre-approval assurance to sellers. He was most helpful, but not pushy, about locking in a desirable rate. Jeff ensured the "t's" were crossed and "i's" dotted as he processed on-line document work. Their work with the title company, our agent and us was seamless and mistake-free.
