  Staff is friendly and very helpful, always welcomed with a greeting. Banking there for nearly 20 yrs, would not bank with anyone else. Their services are great.

  They are always friendly and very helpful. Have had my bank account since I was a child with them. Wouldn't go to any other bank.

  I've been with TruWest for going on 6 years and in that six-year period of time I have only ever had two problems which were taken care of in the time period of one hour tops best place I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of highly recommended in my eyes

  I went in to open an account and felt welcomed soon as I walked in. The wait was only a minute or so. The banker that opened the account was super friendly and explained everything.

  My experience at the Superstition branch was very good, they were polite and welcoming. When something needs to be done they’re there to help and find the solution to the problem.

  I give three stars because the staff are very helpful but the back policies suck. I can't wait to move my loan out of this bank.
