  I'm a real estate agent and have worked a number of deals with Jeremy. He spends more time walking my clients through everything and patiently answering their questions than most any other mortgage broker. He even shows up at our closings in Charleston. If there's ever been an issue, he's always available and jumps right in. Recently we refinanced our home through Jeremy, this is our second time personally using his company for our own home.

  Jeremy did an amazing job helping us with our house loan, we are first time home owners and moved to SC from out of state. He and the team he works with did a great job keeping things organized and helped us purchase our new home with minimal stress. Everything was taken care of while we were in WI, all that needed to be done when we arrived was to sign closing papers. He has great customer service skills and is always willing to help whenever we had questions. We cannot thank him enough!

  Jeremy made a process that can be overwhelming seem simple. It was easy and educational. His customer service and communication was excellent, even going above and beyond on a weekend. (How many lenders do that for you?). We loved working one on one with a person that truly cares about their customer and not just "the deal".
