  We had first reached out to First Heritage when we were considering looking at buying a home. They were incredibly helpful, walking us through every step. We worked with Kristina O'Neill- and she helped us figure out our price point, and gave us advice on our credit as well. We started looking at new builds, and there was an incentive to go through the builder's lender. That process became incredibly difficult, and we sought to look elsewhere. Going back to First Heritage was a no-brainer- Kristina was right there with us every step of the way- as was the entire team behind her. She was fantastic to work with, and if we ever needed it again, I would go to First Heritage first every single time. Their professionalism, customer service, and helpful advice were what made this stressful process much smoother. I cannot recommend them enough.

  My entire experience with First Heritage exceeded expectations. Their organization, systems and personnel made my experience of processing my loan request simple and straightforward. Kristina O'Neil and the entire supporting team were outstanding. It was obvious to me that they were all passionate and dedicated to serving their customers and immediately responsive. We all know, closing on a loan can be a challenging due to the shear effort and information required. But with First Heritage, Kristina and her team, I did my part to do all I could to be responsive to their requests and my experience was they were just as responsive, and on top of the process through completion. I would highly recommend First Heritage to anyone seeking a mortgage loan. As I mentioned earlier, my experience exceeded expectations and I was extremely satisfied. I will recommend First Heritage to my friends and family.

  Kristina O'Neill was so helpful and patient with us on our purchase of our home. We had so many questions along the way, and she was always understanding and quick responding to us! We never felt like we were just an account to her, she was so understanding of our concerns and making sure we had things in order so we could close on time ..
