  Christa is the best, hands down. I've worked with her twice to purchase homes, and she's always so helpful. This second time, my wife and I were selling our home and looking for a bigger home. Discouraged about what we thought we could afford, Christa presented us with real numbers in terms of purchase price and monthly payment. These numbers were presented to us at our convenience after work hours. It was so helpful to sit down and actually know for sure how much house we could afford. Christa also provided advice about how much to put down, whether or not to opt for PMI and put less down and use money elsewhere to either reinvest or pay off other liabilities. She really wanted to present us with options that made our home sale work for us in other ways than simply purchasing our next home. Because of this, we're getting our forever home, and are going to be much, much closer to financial freedom. Cannot recommend her enough.

  Wonderful experience it turned out better than I expected it, we were nervous and not knowing what to expect when purchasing a home but Krista and her staff were very professional very easy-going very nice people, they made sure that they did everything possibly to get us into our home with not a lot of complications. They are very nice people they make you feel comfortable and they get the job done smooth sailing! If we need our desire to purchase another home down the road we would definitely work with this company they are great if I could have given them 10 Stars I would have! If you're looking for a new home with not a lot of hassle and professionalism try them.

  Christa and the team were great to work with. Everyone was super responsive throughout the entire process and they really helped us understand the financials. She also introduced us to an amazing agent to work with as well. Highly recommended and she and her team would be my first choice if we ever decide to make another home purchase.

  Christa and her team are extremely helpful and helped me buy my house and they treated me like family.
