  What an amazing team, Phil.P.J.Karen.Heather.Tyler.Lenny.Amber and Jensen I had to name them all .Together they are a spectacular team. I am so happy that my realtor recommended Cardinal Financial to me .I couldn't have asked for a better lending agency. The workmanship here is phenomenal.   Everyone at Cardinal Financials will treat you like family. On top of that they get the job done super fast super professional and are seriously just super. I cannot seriously express in words the most wonderful job that they do. My main contact was Tyler and i am convinced you cannot get anyone who will treat you better and handle all of your concerns, also Phil, PJ, Karen and Amber were superb as well, I'm not kidding when I say they treat you like family. You will thank God for bringing them into your life.

  Awesome and easy experience with this mortgage company. We closed on our house 01/20/22. My primary contact was Tyler. He was straight forward and easy to get ahold of. Very responsive to any questions. I was able to call or text him any time of the day for anything. This whole team made our home buying process very easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a mortgage company.

  I can’t say enough about this highly professional group!. I have used Phil and his group several times myself to buy, and refi over the past several years. My son used them with great success as well. Extremely friendly group, knowledgeable, quick to find solutions. Very honest and dependable staff, that’s constantly working to get you exactly what you need, and in my case even more. I will not use anyone else except Cardinal. They are by far the best and great at working with Veterans, they really care. Heather was my point of contact this time and she was amazing! Thanks again to all there staff!!!!

  Cardinal Financial is the best. When it looked like we were not going to get financing for our home, they worked with us every step of the way. There wasn't a hurdle this team couldn't overcome, and I gave them some tough challengs. They are easy to work with, keep a positive outlook and communicate extremely well. Thank you for everything.   I highly recommend Cardinal Financial to anyone looking to finance or refinance their home. This team assisted my 80 year old mother purchase her third home. They were extremely professional, courteous, patient, and informative with the differences in loan process for her from the beginning to completion of her closing on her brand new construction and I cannot thank them enough!

  This was the best experience we could have ever hoped for. Tyler is awesome, from the very beginning he told me he would keep me up to date on everything that was going on. Since we were buying a home out of state it had its own hurdles. I will be honest, I had my doubts but he kept his word to the very end. There was no getting me in the “door” then passing me off to someone else. If I had a question I could text or email him and within 30 minutes he returned my email or text or he would call me. I am one of those people that normally don’t do reviews, but Tyler earned my gratitude and appreciation for his professionalism. I highly recommend Cardinal, I’m sure the rest of the people there are probably just as good, but Tyler was OUTSTANDING!
