Sven Kappel5My experience with Mark and his team were OUTSTANDING!! Mark went above and beyond to make getting a mortgage as comfortable as possible. Sometimes on the phone with me for well over an hour explaining to me details about the ins and outs, how to go about buying a house, what to do and what to avoid, etc. Extremely personable, I immediately felt I had known him for years with the relationship we had established. More then just a lender but a mentor through what is often a difficult process. I continue to recommend him to anyone I come across who needs the services he provides knowing they will all be good hands. Thank you for everything Mark.

Nora Martin5I have used Mark and his team since 2012. I have had many great experiences through the purchases of primary and investment homes. Not only does he and his team close the deal on time but they have also helped me structure the deal that is most beneficial to me. they take time and listen to what I need each time. I highly recommend LifeTree lending and Mark Deitsch for your home mortgage needs.

Alex Lee5I meet Mark Allen Krueger through my Realtor. He's a very knowledgeable man, when it comes to finance and loans. I have a very special case, and thought i would end up renting for awhile before i can buy a home. Mark carefully listen to my story. Came up with a solution, completed my application with him via phone call. Once, i submitted all my required documentations, my loan took 16days to be approved and i purchased my home in 16days. It could been done 10days, if underwriter wasn't behind. But, under this market and circumstances. I do understand every company is under staff and any staffs who willing to show up to work, is doing their best. The demand is high and supply is low. So, be compassionate and patient when working with your lender and realtor. Brandon is also Mark right wing man. They both works together like professionals. Both got all my paperwork in and worked on my case after hours. Their are days i am on the phone with Mark until 11pm. Never once he was upset or show signs of not wanting to help me complete my process. He is patient, kind and surround himself with the best team members and players. I am definitely be working with Mark in the future to help assist my family and any Asian immigrants family who's need assistant in this lending process. It is very intimidating. But, if you have the right people on your side, it is as easy as baking a stor bought pie. Thank you so much Mark. I cannot thanks you enough. You had help our family so much and the amount of stress i would endure without your professionalism and understanding is beyond words!!! Please sign up with Mark, he will definitely guide you every step of the way. Once again thank you so much Mark!!!!

Julian Coy5I made the mistake of not using LifeTree for one of my refinances. Ended up later doing a refi through LifeTree and got my rate back to normal (0.6% lower). I’ve now used LifeTree Lending for 2 new home purchases (both VA) and a refinance (from FHA to VA). Mark and Vic are top of the line. I am not a finance expert, but I do know what I pay per month. The team at LifeTree (Mark and Vic worked with me) made sure I knew all the angles to consider before I made any decisions. They have always been incredibly responsive to any questions I have had. Using LifeTree is a choice I have made many times before and definitely would make again. The big financing companies don’t really care about little old me. Mark knows me well enough to text me happy birthday. Combine that with crushing the big guys rates, it’s an easy choice to make.

Kim Major1I was given Marks phone number by another banker that was unable to help us. Mark is supposed to be an expert at VA loans. Mark Deitsch sent me the loan application which I filled out and sent back to him the same day that he sent it. I then got several emails stating that he needed this or that. I sent him everything that he asked for. I tried to call him for over 3 weeks. All I ever got was his voice mail, no matter what number I called. Then a month later I get a "no reply" email saying I still needed to turn in more documents. So once again I try to reach him to find out just what documents he still needs. No answer, just voice mail. Big surprise!! On 1 of my many voice mails I told him that we would be going to Charleston to look at houses and needed the pre-approved letter to show the Realtor. Still nothing. Goes to show he doesn't even listen to his voice mails. After I called and left him a message telling him to basically take a flying leap off a short pier I wasn't dealing with his BS any more I got another "no reply" email stating he still needed documents. How can anyone treat people like that. I was a banker for many years. If I couldn't get back to a client the day that they called me, they were the first call that I made the next morning. Maybe he needs to do what I did and use a desk or appointment calander to write his calls for the next day on. All I can say is that is NO WAY to run a business!! I don't care if you're the Owner/President. I would think that that would be even more reason to take care of your clients and make them happy. I WOULD NOT reccomend Lifetree Lending to anyone and I told the other banker the same thing. S
Response from the ownerMs. Major, please take responsibility for your loan application. I was never able to approve your loan based on the information you provided. You were told via phone and sent a Notice of Action, via email, stating I was unable to approve your loan. You were never pre-approved. It is our sincere desire to close any loan which can be closed. However, in some cases, we are not able to do so. I'm sorry we could not help further.

Cindy Cargain5I am very pleased that we chose Vic Rullis at LifeTree as he helped us with our loan on a new construction. During the four months that we worked together, including builder delays, Vic was always fast to respond. He kept us updated and informed often before we realized we needed to do something and provided personal touches by sharing his own experience. We are not even in the same city, but his personality and fast communication bridged the miles between Mount Pleasant and Spartanburg. I would use this company again and recommend Vic.

Corley Pearse5Mark and his team helped us when we moved down here in 2018. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. They are also just nice people - my 10 month old son and daughter had to be with us during closing and Mark helped hold and entertain my 10 month old so we could focus on signing. Such a great guy! I highly recommend and will for sure use their services in the future!

joey sebastian5My wife and I met with Mark Deitsch and spoke with him for over one hour. We were both amazed at his vast knowledge of how to make our difficult home loan possible. Mark gave us amazing information to help repair our credit so that he can get our loan written at an affordable interest rate. Mark was pleasant, honest and hard-working. Not qualities found much anymore. Strongly recommend.

Kathleen Castle1The worst experience Mark Deitsch! He was quick to qualify me for a loan, but when it came close to the closing date it took him several days to get back to me. It wasn't until a couple of days before closing that the loan fell through. I found another lender, but it delayed my closing and nearly cost me my dream home. I would never recommend him or Life Tree Lending to anyone needing a home loan!

Chap Your Hybrid Tech2None responsive. Did not put me first. Inner communications were slow at best. I will say Corey seems to be good people that mean well, but this company and its underwriters costed me a home that I am currently buying thru another lender. Lifetree gave me 3 different closing dates over a months period and Everytime right before closing day I would be sent a list of info to provide from the company I own. What’s a good rate if you can’t close? By far disappointed. But I have the clear to close in 9 days! All thanks to a man named Hanz. If you own a business I would not recommend using lifetree as your lender. I think they want a good credit score and clean debt history which isn’t always so clear cut and dry. I bought my first home in 20 days after sellers accepted offer, should have gone with them again but I was lured in by the good rates. Be careful folks
