  I'm an insurance professional myself with 21 years of experience in the industry. Earlier this year I opted to move all my insurance to State Farm for a number of reasons. My parents who reside in EDH referred me to Jeremy Barkhurst Insurance Agency. I've been nothing but impressed with the level of service I've received. Timely, accurate, service minded and very friendly. I've worked predominantly with Etienne Beier and she has been outstanding. She's a definite asset to the agency and hope that she is recognized accordingly. Respectfully, Lloyd Miller.

  It is very different the treatment you get when you are getting the policy from mr Barkhurst and when you need their support for a policy cancellation. I have been trying to reach Jeremy Barkhurst for months about a refund of over $600 and so far he has always been “with clients” watch it people. No one deserves to have this happened. And on top of that he sends his Poor employees to deal with this type of situations, and these employees are not able to resolve any issues. I truly hope Mr Barkhurst reflects on his way of conducting business. Most if not all of the good reviews are from new customers, but when it is time to use the policy or you simply choose not to do business with him any longer, HIS EGO TAKES OVER! It is not only the lack of response , but it is plain and simple. This agent stole $600 from me.

  I apologize that our Underwriting Department had sent your refund to your address on file and was unaware you had moved as we were. I called you and emailed immediately and my team and myself worked with Underwriting as soon as you advised us of the situation. We want you to receive your refund and have nothing to gain from that not happening. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

  My dealings with a matter that was time sensitive were 99% with Etienne Beier at State Farm. She always responded to answer my questions promptly and continually assisted in moving my insurance issue forward. I so appreciated her professionalism and her reassurance when I really needed it.   Jeremy and his team are absolutely amazing and we are so happy that we have been with them for years now. When we remodeled our home Jeremy personally came out to take a look and give us his professional opinion for insuring it. We really appreciated him taking the time to do that and for putting his own eyes on it to make sure we were covered to the fullest if anything were to happen. Him and his team are always super helpful and sweet. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jeremy and team for always being available and so sweet.

  Elaine has been my agent for years now. And I love the personal connect she makes with us. Always checking in, updating us on changes and in general just giving us new info or things that are available to us. We have renters insurance for both me and my mom, and multiple cars and drivers covered! Love her and customer service she offers!

  I can't say enough good things about Jeremy Barkhurst and team - they've been on top of every need we've had since we started using them for homeowner's, auto and RV insurance two years ago. Plus, we saved a lot of money by going with them! They are exceptionally efficient and responsive, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.

  This is my first Google review, but when you receive such excellent service and support like this, it was time for me to share. Having to shop for insurance is a nightmare, especially during fire season.  And even if you can keep your insurance, the rates have gone up so much they basically run you off.  A friend in my neighborhood told me State Farm was doing some cutting edge preventative services and had a great experience with a local Rep.  I ​had seen Jeremy's office in the area and gave them a call after 3 companies turned me down.  Wow, was I surprised by the friendly welcome and helpful can-do attitude. Etienne was able to think outside the box,  steer me through all the options, get all my questions and concerns answered so I could replace my current policy in less than a month.  I felt more like family than a Customer.  Then getting better coverage (check out the included Wildfire Defense Service I would have paid extra for), added earthquake coverage, and still saved about $1000 off my old policy... it was a no brainer. Friendly service is tough to find but I would like to share this gem with you. I have seen all the good hands adds, but you don't expect this level of service and support from this large of a company. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an insurance option or second opinion.  No pressure, just honest answers.

  Jeremy Barkhurst has been my Insurance agent for several years now, he has always been available when we've needed him. His staff are absolutely amazing. I have had nothing but excellent service from Jeremy, Elaine & Elizabeth. Elaine handles all of our COI's for our business and always been very professional and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to get me the COI's quickly for our clients, and is always available to answer any questions and has wonderful personality to work with. She has helped us with our auto insurance, home owners insurance, and our business insurance. Elizabeth has also helped us with our auto polices and also been wonderful to work with. I cant say enough good things about the staff at Jeremy's office, they take the stress out of looking for insurance policies and knowing at the end of the day that my husband and myself have all the right coverages for our home, cars, and business is huge. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service. Thank you guys for everything you do for us!
