  I highly recommend, I have worked with Jason on multiple occasions & his knowledge and experience amazes me every single time. Numbers are numbers but he goes the extra step everytime to check multiple scenarios & find you something that's going to be the best product to benefit you "now" and long term.   Folsom Lake Lending hands down is the best lender you could go with. When our landlord decided to sell our rental we decided to look into purchasing our own home. My wife reached out to a local lender she followed on social media. She arranged a time to call to discuss our options. The one who called us, wasn’t the one my wife had interacted with. The lender told us what we expected for a down payment wouldn’t be enough and wanted almost double what we could come up with. I left the conversation feeling pretty defeated, that we just wouldn’t be able to purchase ever. We decided to reach out to a different lender because we kept seeing all these down payment programs and were convinced there had to be a way to become a home owner. We really had no idea where to begin though. My wife reached out to a realtor who immediately put us in touch with Jason at Folsom Lake Lending. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Jason not only told us that we would be able to purchase, but that our upfront costs would be nowhere near what we had been told prior. Jason made himself available at all times. He was very responsive and called immediately to answer any questions we had. Jason helped us throughout the whole process and really helped make our dreams come true. We placed an offer on a home and exactly 4 weeks later we were home owners. The process was that quick. Jason was on top of everything.
