  Brian and his team at American Mortgage Network couldn't have been better. We were hoping to refinance our home, but due to my husband being a sole proprietor, it was difficult. However, Brian always remained positive and very proactive. He ended up getting us a great rate. Not only that, but Brian is so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything in easy to understand terms. Also, no matter what my question or concern he would get back to me so quickly, usually within the hour and certainly no later than end of day. I would recommend Brian and his team at American Mortgage Network without hesitation. You will not regret using them.

  The refinancing experience with Brian was easy and straightforward. Brian walked me through the process, where documents for review and signature are mostly online. His instructions are clear throughout the process. Overall it took 3-4 weeks from the time I called him to the closing. The closing occurred in person with notary visiting my home for blue-ink signing. Since I have a good credit history, and did business with him before, I was offered an attractive rate. Also, when I pointed out that the final balance needs to be modified for refund, because my last automatic payment went through, the payoff amount was adjusted and I got the check by UPS very quickly, which adds the icing on the cake. I recommend working with Brian.

  Brian Beland and his team were amazing to work with for my home loan. I am a first time home buyer and had a bunch of questions as I didn't know what to expect. Brian and his team were very patient with me and answered all of my questions and provided valuable guidance.   I was looking to refinance my mortgage for a few months. I did a lot of shopping around. By the time I spoke with Brian I was ready to step back from looking and settle with what I had. But Brian had a lot of experience, patience and knowledge in the industry and was greatly appreciated. He was able to get me a great rate. And help lower my mortgage by several hundred dollars a month. I will definitely work with him again. I also appreciated his communications at all hours of the day by phone, email, and text (I asked a lot of questions). Thank you Brian!

  After waiting and getting ghosted by our former loan officer for 6 months, I was introduced to Brian by my realtor/property manager. My situation was challenging because I was trying to refinance six multi-unit investment properties. Brian took the time to understand my unique situation and delivered by cutting my rates to the low and mid 3% range which translates to an annual savings of over $20,000!!!   Someone said stick with your local neighborhood mortgage broker. I did at first but immediately dropped a highly recommended local because of lack of attention and sloppiness. I found Brian through a random out-of-state realtor's referral and am glad I did. In COVID times, it didn't matter if he was across the country or down the street, all that mattered to me was getting the best loan deal. Brian not only delivered, but the loan went through in record time. He gave great advice and looked out for might interests as if he was choosing and processing the loan for himself.   When my wife and I decided to purchase a new home I mentioned rates from lenders and such to a co-worker and he recommended Brian Beland. It was the a great recommendation! Brian got us a really low rate and was super efficient with the timeliness required; he was also very responsive and explanatory when every we reached out to him.
