  Mike Bradford was awesome. At first I turned him away because based on the requirements I knew I didn't qualify for the loan reduction. He said ok but he said "you know what if you let me try let's see what we can do for you despite that" long story short, he made the miracle happen and we got a lower rate. Thanks again Mike for you and team making it happen.

  Great experience. Very quick - we closed in 2 weeks with minimal questions. Jessie worked with us very closely, and was great at explaining each phase of the refi. Easiest mortgage experience I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

  Incredible experience and excellent insight on financial advise leading to a mortgage with the best rate. Jesse was easily available for communication and returned messages. He would explain everything easily along the way. I highly recommend this company and Jesse to be your advisor because he was efficient, quick, and incredibly knowledgeable.

  Great experience with Equip, John M helped me out and really I'd have been happy with the service even if I was saving money but that's just another bonus on top of a rapid turn around and friendly service! Will definitely be recommending you guys to friends and family. Thank you!

  Jesse and his co-worker Jenn did a great job on my refi. They made it so quick and effortless for me. And I really like how everything they do is done remotely so there's no hard copy paperwork to pass back and forth. Would highly recommend their team for obtaining a home loan or refinancing an existing loan.

  Nathan Battles showed up at our home and ran up to my wife as she was unloading our kids from the car. Saying "she looked overworked" he also stated this company was the underwritter on our mortgage. She asked him to leave. He continued to harass our neighborhood driving up the street house by house. My wife and neighbors called me to assist them in getting him away from the neighborhood as I was driving home. He saw me arrive home and came back. Saying "his company underwrote our loan" which is a complete lie, again. I asked him to leave our property and the neighborhood. Selling is one thing, lies are another. Do not work with a company that agrees with this behavior

  Genuinely great company. Cannot emphasize enough how valuable their lending was to me, not once but three times in a year. Once to help us determine it was time to wait, once to fund our home, and once to refinance 6 months later when interest rates plummeted. I recommend them to everyone, and I'll continue to.
