  The State Farm on the south side is really helpful they make sure you have what you need show all of your options and are vary friendly Tessa Henderson helped me out today she showed me all my options make me feel really comfortable coming here and looking at all my options

  Cassandra was amazing, she was very helpful, very confident in what she was talking about made me feel more comfortable about my autoclaim. Was able to answer all my questions. Went in not knowing what was to come and leaving feeling better.

  Since this office has been taken over by James Walford I have received the worst customer service experience ever from ANY State Farm employees. They are rude and when you ask for help it's like a chore for them. And they are refusing or have refused to get information I need to file my business taxes. I have literally been waiting for weeks. And being told because I am now not a customer of theirs that I am not a priority. But yet where is the loyalty?!!! As I have been a satisfied customer with State Farm for many years. They show no sympathy for my sick child. And again no help. Or sending information that is incomplete. This is so sad. I would love for corporate to listen to the conversations. Yep! Calling corporate and the BBB.

  No matter how many times I come into their office, Cassandra greets me as if she hasn't seen me in years. Everyone in the office is so helpful and very professional. I just love State Farm!

  Excellent customer service! I got my auto coverage quoted and homeowners, Karli is the agent that ran my quotes. She listened to my concerns and was quickly able to match my coverage's with a better rate! She definitely knows her stuff.

  Great coustomer service! My father and I were able to bundle our homeowner's, and automobile insurance for an amazing rate. With the help of a very respecful and helpful staff, we were also able to find a personal angent who will handle all of our services for us! It's nice to know that there is an agency who cares about the relations of their coustomers. Makes me wonder how much time we've wasted on other insurance companies.
