  I used to love this bank but in the last year they have went way down hill! They aren’t open Saturdays anymore, they open at weird times now, they never answer the call phones, and not to mention it takes days for my checks to clear!

  Stacey - Our Hoffman branch is open 9 AM - noon every Saturday. We do open at 10 AM on Wednesdays for ongoing staff training, but every other weekday we are open from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We have an on-site contact center as well as a back up service that answers any and all calls our on-site team cannot get to. Any check under $500 is instantly available through our mobile deposit service, though there are cases where the availability of funds can be delayed based off of a variety of reasons. Sorry to hear that you have not been pleased recently, but we do appreciate your membership and feedback.
